Complaints

Halesowen Tennis Club expects all members to act in accordance with the club's published code of conduct.  Should any member feel the need to lodge a complaint, whether that be about an incident with another member or something related to an issue that has happened that they feel needs addressing through a formal process, then the procedure for how to lodge a complaint and how that complaint will be handled is found in our Complaints Policy below:
